We at Gani Table are looking out for you.  We realize that food safety is of the utmost concern for our customers whether when buying food for take out at their local restaurants.  Gani Table takes this responsibility seriously and holds our chefs to the highest standards to ensure food is delivered or ready for pickup without fear of COVID-19 or other possible contamination.

 

Our chefs are subject to the following standards to ensure your safety is our concern:

  • Food is cooked fresh daily
  • All food is handled by chefs who hold managerial Food Handlers Certificates
  • All chefs are subject to inspections by the local Environmental Health Department and Gani Table inspectors without prior notice
  • Each Gani Table chef will be properly trained in their own kitchen on food safety and be taught cleaning procedures for their facility

 

Please take note that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging. Nevertheless, we at Gani Table will take precautions seriously.
