Trying to find healthy plant-based meals are hard to come by. They are either unavailable, too expensive, or not healthy. Instead of struggling with which options are tasty, healthy, affordable, or time efficient–why not have all of the above? Here at Gani Table we want to make your life easier. That is why we work with neighborhood chefs whose specialty is plant-based meals. Working with your local chefs allows us to provide food that is accessible and affordable. We’re all about minimizing kitchen time, distance, and costs–and all about maximizing time with loved ones, chef opportunities, and healthier habits. Here at Gani Table we want to spread love from our table to yours.

Our Story

In the last few years, plant-based foods have been on the rise as consumers are becoming more health-conscious. As a passionate advocate for plant-based foods and a restaurant enthusiast, I was always on the lookout for new plant-based restaurants in LA.

As I began to search different locations, I noticed a trend; many of these restaurants were located in affluent areas like Pasadena, North Hollywood, and Orange County, while hardly any were to be found in lower income communities. I realize that this was a problem, as many lower in comecommunities didn’t have the same access to healthier, alternative food choices.

It was this realization that sparked a business idea in me and David. In March 2020, we began to create GANI TABLE; a mobile application that allows plant-based homecooks to start their own business by selling and sharing their meals to their local communities – all at the comfort of their home.
